As a veteran ''product guy'' who's spent nearly 20 years working in various software tech companies big and small, Chris has broad and deep experience defining, building, managing, promoting, and delivering product-portfolios that yield meaningful business value and grow revenue/valuation. Throughout his career, he’s spearheaded numerous product development and commercialization initiatives at healthcare innovators like Allscripts, Evariant, Premise Corporation, and QuadraMed, the latter two being acquired. He is Pragmatic Marketing Certified and his roots are in engineering and technology innovation with degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Chris leads a strategic transformation program at Cognizant, a $16B global Fortune 200 IT Services company focused on helping clients “Be Digital”, where his mission is to transform Cognizant’s Portfolio of “what it sells” and “how it sells it” He’s responsible for infusing and establishing a productized-services mindset and operating model across 7 industry-centric verticals and 3 multi-billion dollar horizontal practice areas through defining and deploying processes, practices, and tools for portfolio management, governance, and field enablement. Chris is energized by building new things and being instrumental in high-functioning teams that don't accept the status quo and rather seek growth and success through collaboration and the pursuit of excellence.
Chris is based in Connecticut, and he balances the intensity of work with outside pursuits in music (guitar), sports (golf, hockey, skiing), investing, and the personal development that comes from raising three teenage daughters, each of whom in their own way keeps him on his toes!
